1. Returns & Exchanges

Please review the product details section on each item page to determine if that product is eligible for a return or exchange. Some items, such as custom, personalized, or made-to-order products, may not be eligible.

To be eligible for a return or exchange (if applicable):

  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (such as your order confirmation).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right through a replacement, exchange, or refund (depending on the situation and product availability).

3. Cancellations

Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed, as we begin processing immediately. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to assist before shipment when possible.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Digital products or gift cards
